A guided 8-week yoga series designed to build strength, stability, and confidence through progressive, intelligent practice.

Yoga Progressions is an immersive 8-week guided course designed for students ready to move beyond drop-in classes and experience real, structured progression in their yoga practice.

Unlike casual drop-ins, this is a closed series with limited spots, allowing the practice to build week by week within a consistent group. Each class builds intentionally on the last, creating continuity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how and why the body moves.

The course follows a carefully layered curriculum focused on strength, mobility, stability, and skill development. Rather than rushing toward peak poses, students are guided through intelligent sequencing, anatomical principles, and sustainable progress that supports long-term practice.

Across the eight weeks, students will explore breathwork, bandhas, alignment, core strength, joint stability, balance, inversions, and transitions. Classes blend conditioning, mobility work, applied technique, and mindful movement in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and exploration is guided.

The series concludes with a 2-hour integration workshop, bringing all concepts together into a cohesive, connected practice, followed by meditation and Q&A.
