Join us for a self-love session to cherish. We will start the session with a 1hr gentle restorative Yin Yoga Session with Sharmaine-Cherie. Yin Yoga is for any level of experience and is a great way to experience yoga at nearly any level of fitness. After which we will then indulge our senses with a therapeutic Sound Bath by Chris from Harmonic Essence, where you will be taken on an amazing Journey within, that will leave you feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. The event will run for approximately 3 hours in total

About our hosts:

Sharmaine-Cherie – (Inclusive Yoga with Sharmaine-Cherie)

Sharmaine-Cherie provides the Yin and Feminine energy for the event. She is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha and LV Chair Yoga and in Mindfulness Meditation. She is a highly experienced teacher and loves nothing more than to lead others to discover the amazing benefits of Yoga and Meditation. She blends her two loves into a session that is beautifully peaceful, but at the same time amazingly releasing and restorative. It is a gentle practice that allows for all levels of experience with yoga, and for those who may not have the strength and flexibility of some.

Harmonic Essence – Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapies

Chris provides the Yang and Masculine energy for the event. Chris is an extremely experienced musician, with over 30 years of playing live under his belt. He is a certified Sound Healer/Therapist, with the Sound Healing Academy (International) in the UK. He holds a Practitioner Diploma in Integral Sound Healing - Multi Instrument. His studies continue. Chris can take you to a place of deep peace, and harmony. Using a combination of Tibetan Singing Bowls, large Gongs, Healing percussion and drums, Native American Flute, Monochord, vocal toning and Handpan to create a soundscape that can not only take you deep within yourself, but also to a place, far away from the day-to-day hustle and bustle of life.

Time: 12.45pm for a 1pm Sharp start

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All event registrations are non-refundable, except in special circumstances.*

Registrants who do not show up or who cancel forfeit their full fee.

By Approval, a transfer can be applied if notification is received in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.

Any cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be moved to another event, however you can on-sell or gift your ticket to another person.

All cancellations must be notified in writing.
