The Loft

A one-hour weight loss consultation for individuals and/ or small groups (up to 15) at advertised sites where participants get shown the healthy, most effective way to lose weight. They will have their current exercise pattern and diet habits analysed and a future plan put in place. The cost for a participant is $50 but they may bring a friend for free.Topics include:<ul><li>There really is no excuse for doing the minimum amount of exercise on most weeks</li></ul><ul><li>Eating well is just not that hard</li></ul><ul><li>The healthy way to lose weight, no gadgets or gimmicks and no pills or potions.</li></ul><ul><li>How weight loss works</li></ul><ul><li>Exercising for weight loss</li></ul><ul><li>Eating for weight loss</li></ul><ul><li>Physical activity analysis</li></ul><ul><li>Future exercise plan</li></ul><ul><li>Diet analysis</li></ul><ul><li>Identify foods to avoid (not never eat)</li></ul><ul><li>Identify alternative healthy options</li></ul><ul><li>Dietary tips for weight watchers</li></ul><ul><li>Tips to survive buffets/ parties</li></ul><ul><li>Numerous examples of tasty low kilojoule breakfast, lunch and dinner options.</li></ul>
