It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain, and is beneficial for children suffering from anxiety as it helps to regulate their nervous system by bringing their body and mind into a deep state of relaxation where healing can take place. You may transfer your ticket to someone else (for that session only) if you cannot attend on the day with prior arrangement with the organiser.
