Together we will honour the feminine experience of the menstrual cycle, celebrate being a woman and heal the ‘wounded feminine’ of our times. The BlessingsThe girls will have the opportunity to hear their mothers’ wisdom and stories, feel part of a “special sisterhood” ready to support an and embrace them in the delicate and important Rite of Passage that is Menarche. Ideas will be shared on how to celebrate this event according to our Maidens preference, to help them live this transformative and crucial moment in a positive and empowering way.The JourneyThe gathering is conducted in a circle format over two sessions, one for the mothers only and the second one for mums and daughters together. The mums are invited to share some of their experiences and the basics of the cycle will be explained, linking it to the cycles of the moon and earth seasons. Martina will conduct a meditation in the form of a shamanic drum journey to meet with the Circle of the Grandmothers and our own Inner Goddess. We’ll then draw and share on our experiences. The Gifts

The Maidens get the opportunity to share a special connection with their mothers and other women, in a safe and loving space.
