Transform your holiday season into a sustainable celebration by creating Christmas decorations crafted from native and recycled materials!

Old Midland Courthouse

Please note that this program is suitable for adults and young people aged 12 and over and is a hands-on workshop. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.Miriam Atkinson will guide you through discovering which native plants last the longest, which can be found and collected without harming local environments, what and where to source recycled materials and how to bring them all together to create beautiful works of art. All equipment will be provided, and you will be able to take your project home. No craft experience is required.Thinking Green is a series of free programs hosted across the City’s libraries and community venues!
