A musical journey to the heart of Tibet evoking the vastness of space and the beauty of the Himalayan plateau.

We are delighted to welcome one of the world's finest Tibetan musicians and Grammy nominee, Tenzin Choegyal is a master of traditional Tibetan instruments the lingbu (bamboo flute) and dranyen (3-stringed lute), but is best known for his extraordinary vocal ability.A son of Tibetan nomads, Tenzin feels a particular connection to the music of the high Himalayan plateau and remains dedicated to preserving Tibet’s musical traditions. At the same time, he effortlessly embraces contemporary music styles, bringing Tibetan music and song firmly into the modern world. His recent collaborations include an album with Philip Glass and another with Laurie Anderson.Tenzin takes audiences on a musical journey which transcends cultural boundaries. His obvious joyfulness is infectious and his message is uplifting. We are on the lower ground level of Acacia Place.Disabled access: If you park within the paid parking station off Acacia Place you will be on the same level as our studio. If you enter from Victoria Street level, a lift is available at the top of the first set of steps leading down to the river. * Please take a moment to select your event thoughtfully, as we are currently unable to provide refunds. However, all tickets are transferable to the person(s) of your choice. The only time we can make an exception to our no-refund policy is if the event is sold out and we're able to help find a new home for your tickets. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
