Men's Nude Yoga: 75min-90min Hatha Flow & Partner Work

Men's Nude Yoga class Sundays with male yoga teacher Frank.

DURATION: 75min-90min

STYLE: General Yoga & Partner Work. We will start off with some warm-ups and sequenced movements. 2nd half you will be paired with someone in the class to do some partnered poses. This is a non-sexual class. The benefit of doing partnered poses are several, including connection with others, and listening to your body in the pose with the support of one other.

Limit of 20 students in the studio.

This Nude class is for all those who identify as male, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.

You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap if you have one. We provide all of this in the studio, but it is advised you bring your own mat and towel for hygiene reasons. If you need one, please txt me directly.
