Only the teacher will be.) DURATION: 75min-90min STYLE:Yin yoga is a gentle floor-based practice that utilises props and 10% effort to release deeper into a set of poses. Limit of 15 students in the studio.This Nude class is for all those who identify as male, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap if you have one. We provide all of this in the studio, but it is advised you bring your own mat and towel for hygiene reasons.
