Overview

A break in your day to ground yourself, deeply rest and connect within.

Ground Sound is a small group gentle movement and sound relaxation for women, held at my home in Duncraig.

On arrival settle in with oracle cards and essential oils.

We will begin with some anchored breathing and visualisation, then move into some gentle flowing stretches to help bring you into your body.

We will have time for journalling and then get comfy for a 40 minute sound bath meditation using tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes and gong.

The frequencies played during the sound bath allow your mind to switch off and your nervous system to relax for deep rest and restoration.

Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to ease stress or anxiety and to feel a deeper connection to yourself.

Please arrive 5 mins early to settle in.

I'm happy to have a little chat at the end , so feel free to stay a while longer.

Please bring a water bottle, journal and pen.


I supply yoga mats, cushions and blankets for your use but feel free to bring your own mat or pillow for extra comfort.
