Where is Botanical Terraces & Pavilion

In Kings Park you will see the silver sign Western Australia Botanical Gardens.  You will see the Anzac memorial is on it's left. Behind this silver sign is the Aspects Gallery & the parking. Walk thru the path you won’t miss the steps down the covered area. This is the Botanical Terraces area.

- Fraser Avenue parking area opposite overlooking near the Kings Park entry
- Big parking lot near Aspects Gallery which is close to Anzac Flame 
- May Drive going to Rio Tinto Naturescape
-Lovekin Drive

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The terraces & pavilion are in the lowered area of Botanical Garden. Although there is a path that goes there some might find it inconvenient for people in wheelchair to access it due to uneven and slanted ground.

Is the event smoke-free

Accepted Answer

Yes it’s a smoke-free event. No one is allowed to smoke in the area of the venue.

Can we buy food or drinks?

Refreshments and light snacks are provided however no food or drinks will be for sale.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear anything fashionable, cocktail dress or outfit that you fancy. There will be best dressed award.

Will the show start on time

Accepted Answer

Yes the show will start on time and finish on time as these timings were booked and paid for at the Kings Park admin.

What do I get for my ticket

Accepted Answer

Tickets are as follows;

$100 VIP Ticket - Very front seat Row A, VIP pack containing gift & bottle of wine, bubbly, food & drinks.
$65 Front seating - rows C & D, gift, bubbly, food & drinks.
$45 General seating  - from rows E-J to the back, food & drink.

Question 9

Can I get a refund if I can't come to the show on the day?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no refund will be issued as all the food, seating and everything has been prepaid for to the suppliers prior to the event.
