Sisters Penny Terry and Lucy Byrne have created a dynamic professional development company. From the beginnings as a female-founded project management company, leading community-wide health and wellbeing programs, their company has now grown into a multi-faceted capacity-building company supporting individuals and organisations to find better ways to create better outcomes. As directors, Lucy and Penny have extensive experience working within or alongside all levels of government, not-for-profits across multiple sectors, and with private and corporate clients in Tasmania and interstate. They deeply understand the often complex and politicised systems leaders in these organisations are working within. They have developed a range of IP, including frameworks, tools, techniques, and activities that guide effective conversations and implement successful actions. Lucy and Penny get people working better together, turning ideas into tangible outcomes for the benefit of their personal development, organisational growth, and for stronger communities.
