MOHARA Creative Therapy aims to provide holistic healing and wellbeing education through creativity. Molly holds various group workshops and 1:1 sessions exploring these themes, open to all ages and abilities.

Participate in a guided meditation before creating your own cup of positivi-tea

Join me for an online pay-as-you-can mindfulness art workshop on Tuesdsy July 4, 6-7pm AESTWe&#x27;ll participate in a guided meditation before creating an art piece filled with your individual positive affirmations, creating a cup of your own positivi-tea! In the meditation, you will be guided by creative therapist, Molly O&#x27;Hara (MBE.d)HICAT.prac, to find your individual affirmation that represents what you need in your life right now. We will then turn this affirmation into an art piece that can be put somewhere prominent in your home or workspace as a daily reminder. Everyone&#x27;s affirmation and creative journey will be different, the focus of this workshop is harnessing the benefits of the creative process in mindfulness.Tickets available in 4 accessible price tiers, pay as you feel or as you can - ranging from $5-$20.B﻿YO art materials, all ages and skill levels are welcome.
