Roma - Student Workshop in Interprofessional Education (SWIPE)

This is an opportunity for health students to learn about Interprofessional Collaborative Practice.

Country Universities Centre Maranoa

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to "learn about, from and with students" from a variety of health professions who are also on placement. This training will provide you with the knowledge and range of skills to become part of an interprofessional practice-ready health workforce.This workshop is based on the six competencies from the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative Framework:<ul><li>Patient Centred Care</li><li>Role Clarity</li><li>Interprofessional Communication</li><li>Conflict Resolution </li><li>Team Functioning </li><li>Collaborative Leadership</li></ul>Please ensure prior to registration, you have discussed with your supervisor your availability to be released from placement for attendance at SWIPE.
