“What’s in a Curry?”Kicking off the first in our series of themed masterclasses, Cal Stewart together with chef Kimmy Molloy presents “In the Kitchen with Kimmy”. “What’s in a curry?” will help dispel the myth that authentic curry style dishes are complex and involved. Together we will prepare (and enjoy) three different ‘curry’ style dishes - a vegetable, meat based and seafood - along with delicious accompaniments.Designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to enable you to cook your own delicious meals at home, using simple ingredients and techniques, along with seasonal produce, our hands on masterclasses are fun and interactive.Chef Kimmy has a relaxed teaching style that most people can easily relate to. A trained chef, who has spent most of her life working in hospitality, Kimmy trained in Italian cooking but has a broad and diverse background in many different cuisines. We are excited to welcome Kimmy back to the Red Bird Loft in 2023, for the “In the Kitchen with Kimmy” series.Saturday 22nd July, 10am - 2pm.Ticket price $95 includes morning tea, class notes and recipes, plus at the end of the class we enjoy a shared meal with a glass of wine. Tickets are limited.
