This month, we're combining forces with the Coal River Valley Tasmania Tourism Association (CRVTTA) and headed for the gateway of the abundant Coal River Valley. Join us at the new Cambridge hangar for Tasmanian Air Tours and Above and Beyond Tasmania for the opportunity to tour this newly developed quality tourism infrastructure that enhances guests’ experience from the moment they arrive.
The CRVTTA will provide an update on the planned activities for the upcoming Richmond Bicentenary, and introduce the 2024 Crave Harvest Festival, a game changer for the region
We will also hear from the Tasmanian Hospitality Association (THA) to introduce their Great Customer Experience Programlearning how to get involved to help bolster Tasmania's reputation for service excellence, providing amazing experiences for visitors.
Light nibbles and beverages will be provided.
