What is your refund policy

Due to the limited capacity of the paid VIP tickets we are unable to offer refunds on these. 'Donation' or pay as you can tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 3 days prior to the event.

Can i get in without purchasing a free ticket?

Yes. Provided we have not reached capacity you can come on the night without a ticket and still gain entry. However as we have limited seating available we strongly recommend book one. Ticket holders will be seated first and there may only be standing room available for those without a ticket.
