Join us for an interactive laughter session where you can:
- Boost your mood
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Bring your mind, body and nervous system back into balance
All while connecting with other amazing humans from across the globe and having a fantastic time!
WHAT IS LAUGHTER WELLNESS?
A mindful practice designed to boost and sustain positive energy and spark laughter. Sessions include rhythmic, laughter and breathing exercises, plus exercises to create positive energy and emotions (such as gratitude, pride, acceptance, love). We end with a laughter meditation and grounding exercise, moving from that excited high to that bliss buzz.
Sessions typically leave participants feeling relaxed, energised and empowered with tools to activate more positive ways of thinking, feeling and being.
WARNING - Side effects may include:

- improved immune function, circulation and sleep
- more mental clarity, calm and creativity

WHAT DO I NEED?
- An internet connection & the Zoom Link (sent in an email once you buy your ticket)
- A space where you can move around a bit and sit/lie at the end
- Water
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Anything comfortable for you, keeping in mind that we may jump, move around, lean down, reach up etc. Movements are not extreme or difficult, but may lead to revealing body parts if you aren't dressed accordingly.

WHO IS RUNNING THE SESSION?
Bianca Spears is a Passion, Play and Prosperity coach. Her work helps people to remember and better use the tools they were born with - their minds, bodies and energy.
Known for her laughter across the globe, Bianca's helped thousands of people from across the world to create freedom in their minds, bodies and lives. Her unique and dynamic approach brings together years of coaching experience, training in Laughter Wellness, Laughnosis, Quantum Play, Somatic Bodywork, Solution-Focused Coaching, Intuitive Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

FAQ's
If I am injured or unable to stand/exert lots of energy, is this still for me?
The benefits of laughter wellness far outweigh its limitations, and I'll encourage you at the start of the session to join in in a way that is comfortable for you; it can be as relaxed, gentle or energetic as you like.
Do I have to have my camera or mic on?
I appreciate that you may feel uncomfortable being seen or heard laughing, and that's OK. This is an intimate and safe space where we share and interact throughout the session, so as long as you are ready to share and be involved in the sharing and interaction at some level, you are welcome. If you are not comfortable with that, these particular sessions are not going to be a good fit.
What if I have never done laughter wellness or laughter yoga before?
That's perfect and you are SO welcome here! These sessions suit first-timers, experienced laughter professionals and anyone in-between.
