Duration: 60 minutes. The session will begin and end on time.

PURPOSE OF THIS SESSION

This is an open Q&A space connected to the Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback session.

You are welcome to do of the following:

• Ask follow-up questions
• Request clarification on a concept
• Bring a real workplace scenario (generalised, no names needed)
• Or simply listen

There is no expectation to speak.

WHAT THE SESSION WILL LOOK LIKE

• I will briefly welcome everyone (about 5 minutes).
• The rest of the time will be for questions and discussion.
• If there are no questions at first, I will offer a prompt or revisit a key idea.

The session will not be recorded.

You may:

• Keep your camera on or off
• Participate by speaking
• Use the chat
• Send a private message
• Or attend quietly

You are welcome to step away at any time.
