Reconciliation Victoria invites you to join us for a special breakfast to launch National Reconciliation Week. Learn more about this year’s NRW 2023 theme: Be a Voice for Generations. Hear from First Nations leaders on voting YES for a Voice to Parliament in the referendum. Help us celebrate and recognise Victorian local governments supporting First Peoples’ voices and partnerships, as we present Reconciliation Victoria’s Maggolee Awards. Date: Tuesday 30 May 2023.Time:7:30am - 9:30am (registrations open at 7am).Note: The breakfast will commence at 7:30am with a Welcome to Country by a Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung Elder. Location: The Centre Ivanhoe | 275 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe, Vic.Special guest speaker: Aunty Jill Gallagher AO.This is a catered event - breakfast will be provided. Please advise us of any dietary requirements on registration. Please Note: Event tables are 10 seats per table. If you would like to book a table, please purchase 10x tickets and add in the notes that you would like to be seated together. Accessibility: The venue has lift access and is wheelchair accessible.** Please note there will be photography throughout the event. If you do not wish to be included in any photography, please advise Reconciliation Victoria staff.
