Let’s bust the myth that meditating is difficult and not for you. It doesn’t have to take a lot of time and effort, and everyone can sit still even for a minute. My goal is to make meditation fun and accessible for everyone.A popular and proactive meditation is mindfulness meditation based on stillness and calming the mind. Mindfulness meditation often involves sitting comfortably and paying attention to your breath, your physical sensations, and your environment. When your mind wanders, you gently bring it back to the present.
