'Shut up and Write!' is the opportunity to learn about and commit to the writing tasks you’ve been putting off

Writing blogs and promotional content for your art business is hard! Instead of sitting alone staring at the blank page, bring your laptop, notebook and pens and join us for a coffee and a dedicated time to write. It’s easier when we do things together and our &#x27;Shut up and Write!&#x27; coffee afternoon is a chance for you to dedicate a few hours to write marketing content or a blog post for your art.

Here&#x27;s how it worksMeet us at the nominated coffee shop (see details below) and order your favourite cuppa. After a quick introduction, everyone settles in and we set a timer for 45 minutes. For 45 minutes everyone works on a piece of their own writing without interactions. After the timer goers off we take a 10-15 minute break to stretch our legs (and maybe get a sweet treat and another coffee). We then set another 45 minute and do another writing sprint.The &#x27;Shut up and Write!&#x27; session is the opportunity to learn about and commit to the writing tasks you’ve been putting off while also having the support of community around you.

“Diana has run Photography, Branding and Social Media Workshops for the Small Business Development Corporation for many years as well as developing and presenting several workshops for schools and parents. Her presentation style is fun and approachable with a focus on real time learning and doing. When you walk away from her workshops you don’t just learn new skills, instead you walk out the door having already started the process of executing and implementing what you have learned.“
