Online Workshop: Bringing Baby Home

The workshops are held in specific age brackets to ensure the information is, concise and relevant to what parents are experiencing at the time. There is a maximum of 12 per session to allow positive interaction and question time. Participants also receive additional information via email at the conclusion of the event to refer back to so notes are not necessary to be taken during the workshop. The session is approximately 1.5/2 hours in duration.

Baby Sleep and Development

Happy Baby Consultancy online workshops have been designed for various stages, from newborn to toddlerhood. Learn healthy sleep habits and strategies to help your little one get the rest they need. Join us for a supportive and informative experience!

<p>This online workshop is hosted by baby and child expert Susie Warner of Happy Baby Consultancy. Sleep, and sleep deprivation, is one of the hardest aspects of parenting. By gaining an understanding of baby biology and the science behind baby&#x27;s sleep, you&#x27;ll ensure you have the smoothest possible transition into parenthood. This workshop will cover off:</p><ul><li>How to lay the best foundations for quality, independent sleep (and avoid the need to sleep train down the track)</li><li>The importance of sleep on the growing brain</li><li>How to settle baby for a nap</li><li>SIDS guidelines </li><li>Feeding and the importance of a full tummy </li><li>Awake times - why are they so important </li><li>Understanding crying</li><li>Avoiding getting into bad habits and buying unnecessary gadgets </li></ul><p>The workshop is hosted on Zoom and will run for approximately 1.5hours including a Q&amp;A session at the end. </p>
