The Palette & Kiln Studio is the home studio of artist Steph Shields. Steph has a background in community arts and education as well as a multidisciplinary practice including sculpture  and installation.Steph, along  with other artists, run workshops that aim to provide upskilling and social engagement in a warm, stimulating and inclusive  environment.

Mothers Day Cake Tea and Pottery is a fun afternoon of celebration by getting creative, and indulging in some delicious treats.

Grab your Mum or who ever is special to you and come along to the studio for a fabulous afternoon. This session is suitable for all ages and all experience levels. It is perfect for making a set of small items such as:<ul><li>Jewelry</li><li>Pieces for wind chimes and hanging sculptures </li><li>Small dishes including cups</li></ul>W﻿hat you get:<ul><li>Guidance in achieving your ideas</li><li>All materials including bisque firing</li><li>A clear earthenware glaze and 2nd fire.</li><li>A delicious selection of cakes and teas suitable for all dietary requirements (please advise)</li><li>A guaranteed good time </li></ul>T﻿he ceramic work will be ready to collect in 6 weeks. You can make arraignments to collect work at a time that suits you.A﻿ll classes at the Palette and kiln studio are inclusive. You can feel safe being yourself with us. Please reach out before hand with any additional supports that may be required.NDIS invoicing available. In the unlikely event that this class does not meet the minimum requirement of four participants. tickets will be refunded or credited.
