The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) is a national non-profit organisation, providing information and support to women and families who wish to breastfeed or provide breast milk for their babies. Most of our work is carried out by trained volunteers in the community. As Australia’s leading authority on breastfeeding, we support, educate and advocate for a breastfeeding inclusive society. The branch administration office is located in Adelaide, SA. Our aim is to provide you with confidence to successfully breastfeed your baby. The sessions aim to expand upon the knowledge gained at hospital antenatal classes, and give up-to-date information and insights into breastfeeding a baby and parenting in the early days.Breastfeeding is a learned skill, for mums and babies alike. Get the practical skills to help you and your baby in establishing breastfeeding, as well as solutions for common challenges.Due to a kind donation these classes will be free for ABA members for the first 50 participants.The Australian Breastfeeding Association also offers online Breastfeeding Education Live sessions.
