Rebecca Chabot is the founder of Pure Wellness Tasmania, previously known as Pure Yoga Tasmania. She holds a PhD in Ecology and a Masters in Biology, is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500hrs, and a proud mother of three active young children.Born in Mississippi, Rebecca began studying mindfulness, yoga, meditation and breathing in Seattle over 25 years ago. Since then, she  has been teaching, studying and practicing regularly around the world, in Australia, North America, India and Indonesia.Rebecca’s approach is holistic and evidence-based. As a scientist, she brings an academic inquiry to the practice and is always growing with the latest research, particularly in neuroscience and positive psychology.Rebecca is passionate about helping you reconnect to yourself, improve your mental and physical health, and live your best life.

Treat yourself to 90 minutes of Sunday evening bliss. We start with 45 minutes of flowing yoga led by Rebecca Chabot and accompanied by Dave Reynolds on crystal singing bowls, gong, and drum. Then release with 45 minutes of surrender in savasana meditation with soothing harmonic didgeridoo, flute, and pan drum. An immersion that will delight your senses, relax your nervous system, and reconnect you to your purpose. No experience is necessary. Please bring your own mat, blanket and plenty of layers to be cosy during the meditation. $55 for this divine 90 minute class. Book your spot now, as this event will sell out!
