Dear Bris23 AttendeeBRIS23 Kshatriya World Cup RegistrationWithin a few months, Kshatriyas from around the globe will converge in Brisbane to witness the eagerly awaited BRIS23 Kshatriya World Cup Soccer Tournament (BRIS23 Tournament), with 5 days of soccer including for the first time ever, Women’s and Kids’ Competitions, all hosted at the Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (QSAC). The BRIS23 Tournament takes place from 27 September to 1 October 2023 and is an opportunity to unite as a community and create memories that will last a lifetime and be cherished by all who attend. Contributions from Kshatriya Society of Brisbane Members and Guests Organising such a grand event will require considerable amount of funding and resources. To make the tournament a success, we will require the support and contributions of all KSB members who plan to attend and a much subsidised contribution from the interstate and overseas guests. At the last Kshatriya International Sports Association (KISA) meeting in Nadi in 2018, it was proposed that the host district collect a levy from every Kshatriya member registered to attend the Kshatriya World Cup event. This is to ensure that for the host districts there is a viable fundraising model for the Kshatriya World Cup to be sustainable in the future. In line with the vision, we are pleased to announce that we have collected contributions from Brisbane residents and now open the registration for all overseas and interstate guests at a much subsidised rate, to attend the BRIS23 Tournament. Early Bird Registration via EventbriteTo attend the BRIS23 Tournament, all attendees including players, must register and pay for the contributions via this EVENTBRITE site. The BRIS23 Tournament will be a packaged ticketed event. We strongly encourage all Kshatriya guest members to register at your earliest as this will greatly assist us in planning for the catering requirements of the BRIS23 events. EARLY BIRD Registrations for Interstate and overseas guests will close on 1 September 2023.T﻿he contribution includes provisions for Dinner at the opening ceremony on Wednesday 27th September 2023, followed by lunches and afternoon teas on Thursday 28th September 2023, Friday 29th September 2023 and Saturday 30th September 2023. The finals will be played on Sunday 1st October 2023 where provisions have been made for morning tea and lunch.
