We’re back in 2023 with a monthly dance and aerobics class!Get ready to get Fondalicious with Emma and a group of 80s tragics each month at The Station.All fitness levels and dance abilities welcome. You don’t need talent, just a love of 80s bangers. You’ll be hip-thrusting and grapevining in no time.Dressing up in your best retro threads is optional but always encouraged!Bring:<ul><li>A drink bottle, you’ll work up a sweat!</li></ul><ul><li>A yoga mat or towel for floor work</li></ul><ul><li>Something warm to put on afterwards</li><li>Your party attitude!</li></ul>
