Yes we burn tons of calories and get super sweaty but Turn'd Up is so much more than your average fitness class. It’s about teaching you how to feel more powerful and confident in the skin you're in. It’s about letting go, having fun and releasing your inner diva in this total body workout.We create a judgement free zone where you can be whoever you want to be - with the lights low and sass levels high!
