QDN is running a series of Digital Inclusion support workshops. These online workshops are supporting people with disability to develop their digital literacy skills and understanding.Being online and staying connected is especially important during emergencies and natural disasters. Our workshops will be delivered by the QDN Digital Inclusion team and Digital Champions - local community leaders with lived experience of disability.Bring your fully charged phone, tablet or phone and any additional support you need!Module 1: Learning the basics covers:<ul><li>Basic functions of your device </li></ul><ul><li>Charging your device </li></ul><ul><li>Protecting your device (Unlocking your device; pin codes, passwords, face ID, fingerprint ID)</li></ul><ul><li>Connecting to wi-fi and the internet</li></ul><ul><li>Adding contacts into your device</li></ul><ul><li>Calling and texting with your mobile phone</li></ul>
