This virtual workshop is delivered as a two-hour session.

Time: 02:00- 04:00 PM (EDT - Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra). Please check your local time.

Target audience & requirements

  • Clinicians and managers familiar with PCOC reports and assessment tools
  • Participants are required to bring their most recent report, dashboard and supplementary reports
  • It is recommended that attendance is in pairs or groups

Participants will learn how to:

  • Use a data dive technique to identify areas to improve
  • Use PCOC reports to evaluate your service’s use of the assessment and response framework
  • Communicate and disseminate your service’s outcome results

Prerequisite

1. Your service has received at least one PCOC report prior to attending the workshop

2. You have completed the PCOC Essentials manager’s module

3. You view the video (11min) on the PCOC quality improvement approach and tools
