Why This Event Is Different
This event offers a compassionate setting where attending to your baby's needs during the session is naturally integrated into the experience. Our sessions include adaptable breathwork techniques which you can easily engage in while feeding or comforting your baby. This approach ensures that you do not have to choose between self-care and caring for your child, facilitating a perfect balance of both.
Who It's For
This event is ideal for mothers with babies not yet crawling and those at least six weeks postpartum with medical clearance for post-natal activities.
What’s Included:
- Meditation, Movement & Connection: We’ll starts with a warm welcome, engaging connection activities, and gentle movement
- Breathwork Experience: A guided session designed to relax and rejuvenate, drawing on recent research that shows breathwork can significantly reduce stress, improve emotional well-being
- Closing & Integration: We end with a gentle meditation and closing conversation
- Tea & Play: Linger and stay for hot cuppa and connect with other mamas
Additional Notes:
Our beautiful space in the D-F Studio is a safe and engaging space where babies can play, allowing mothers to fully engage in activities with her baby right by her side. Please bring a soft blanket where your baby can lay comfortably next to you and any soft toys that you’d like to bring. **Please note there is limited space in the D-F foyer for prams and there are 2 flights of stairs up to our studio. Where possible please use a baby carrier/sling instead of a pram if available or bring your capsule if you like.
