Murphnick is the project of Nick Murphy (The Anyones, Mia Dyson, Chris Altmann, Ben Mason Band), the Melbourne singer-songwriter who was rendered invisible online after Chet Faker changed his stage name back to Nick Murphy. After the celebrating the release of new single 'Fakin It' in late 2022, Murphnick Band are showcasing new tracks from Murphnick’s highly anticipated soon-to-be-released 3rd solo album, "Strange Ride" (out thru Cheersquad Records &amp; Tapes). With support from the amazing Lewis Coleman, this will be a special show, not to be missed. Tickets are $15.The Retreat Hotel would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which The Retreat now stands, and pay our respects to all elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded and that our venue operates on stolen land.
