Join us for a traditional Tibetan sound healing and meditation session.

6 Logans Beach Rd

Depart on an inner journey of guided meditation, and immerse yourself in a beautiful sound bath whilst listening to the therapeutic tones of Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls, gong, and chant. Yoga mats and pillows are provided. If you would prefer to sit, then please let us know and we can accommodate your needs.This session takes place in our beautiful studio. Please bring a blanket and water bottle if you’d like to, and arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and ensure a prompt start time, as doors will close promptly at the start time, to ensure no disturbances.
