The afternoon will then be spent bringing that vision to life through a soulful vision board activity. These simple but powerful inspirational collages are one of the most valuable visualisation tools available to you. They serve as your image of the future – a tangible example, idea or representation of where you are going. They should represent your dreams, your goals, and your ideal life. About Your FacilitatorKareena Glanville - Intuitive Transformation Coach for WomenCo-Founder of Reclaim Her - based in Brisbane, AustraliaI'm a mother of four beautiful teenagers and young adults - a daughter and 3 sons. I'm also an author, an intuitive Women's Transformation Coach, a speaker, event facilitator, founder of Reclaim Her*, and a passionate advocate for women reclaiming their power and daring to live from their hearts.My journey has given me a deep understanding that there's no "one right way" in life, only each woman's unique way... and that life can be unpredictable and messy. Like many of us, I've experienced loss, betrayal and heartache. My experiences as a mother, together with those of the beautiful women who I have coached and worked with over the many years, has given me a rich pool of knowledge of what it can take to navigate the differing dynamics of family and life and has been a major catalyst for deepening my spiritual journey. Both Sophie and I have a deep compassion for the challenges that life can present for women and families. We understand women experience deep longing for change toward a heart aligned, fulfilling life and reach a point where they want more for themselves and their family. We believe each woman has her own path, and passionately support every woman to re-connect with her wise intuition and find her own "right" way.* Based in Brisbane, Reclaim Her offers a range of events and experiences designed to help you step into the highest, happiest, most vibrant version of YOU!

A safe and encouraging space to explore your feelings around what you'd love to create next. Meditation to connect our minds, hearts and spiritCan I bring a friend?Of course. We love creating events that feel warm and welcoming. Friends help create that warmth. We just ask they book in so we have accurate numbers and everyone’s food requirements.I’ve never been to something like this before! I have some feelings about that…Every woman starts where you are. We have all felt nervous about the vulnerability of trying new things. We create a deeply safe space and outline some clear guidelines at the start so you will know exactly what to do. It’s also great to remember there will be others feeling the same way as you. We’ve got you and all you need to bring is your beautiful self and a willingness to try something new...it’s a beautiful, rich, welcoming and heart-warming space you are coming into.This is a non-denominational space, open-hearted space and all are welcome.What is the light lunch offered?We often find that women like to relax, chat and connect over a meal. With that in mind, we have a beautiful selection of teas and a lunch that’s delicious, seasonal, locally produced and ever changing. Please let us know of food choices/sensitivities prior to coming as we’ll do our best to cater for them.Cancellation Policy:Refunds are available up to three days before the event. After that we will happily transfer it to a future women’s circle, to be used within the next three months.
