 What is the refund policy?

No refunds. Sorry but these events take a lot of time and careful planning to ensure the best possible experience with even gender ratios. We do allow you to transfer a ticket to another event within 12 months if you give us 7 days notice.







 ***﻿Disclaimer- very rarely the date of an event may need to be changed due to something out of our control, such as the venue requesting us to do so. In the unlikely event this happens, we will directly contact each guest to check you can make the new date or discuss transferring your ticket to any other upcoming date. If no new date suits you this is the only time we will action a refund. Please note in all other circumstances we only do exchanges no refunds as we pre book staff and venues &amp; we don&#x27;t actually receive anything from Eventbrite until 7 days after the event!***
