Lisa Murphy is the founder and Chief Adventurer from Big Heart Adventures.  Devoted to getting more people out in nature for all the positive mental health benefits, Big Heart Adventures offers professionally led walks on trails across the Adelaide Hills, coast and urban areas in addition to Nature Therapy and Forest Bathing events to connect people deeply to nature using all of the senses. In the warmer months, come find calm by the beach! A slow guided wander on accessible trails for those who want to feel the healing benefits of being in nature. Experience a deeper connection and be guided on a sensory journey with the coast we visit.

You are invited to feel the health benefits of being in nature while deepening our relationships with the earth and ourselves.It&#x27;s time to slow down and find CALM by the sea.Lisa Murphy is a certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session.A list of essential and suggested comfort items and location/meet spot information will be emailed to attendees 48 hours prior to the event subject to the weather forecast.I﻿f you are staying in Adelaide city and need transport to and from this event, please book a ticket including transport - this will include hotel pick up and drop off from the Adelaide CBD at 7.30am. Our bus will drop you off to the city (or your hotel) by 11.45am.Minimal fitness is required to join us however the terrain is uneven in places (soft sand) both comfortable and removable footwear is encouraged. We suggest anyone under 18 attend with an adult and this event is recommended for those aged 15 and above.All our events are subject to new booking conditions as we continue to maintain physical distancing requirements and the safety and well-being of our walkers and leaders.Please stay home if unwell or if required by SA Health and contact us for advice.Lisa Murphy 0418 802 361
