*﻿** DUE to operational issues we&#x27;ve had to pospone the event from 29/10/&#x27;23 to 28/01/&#x27;24) ***Every year, the <a href="https://www.lakesidesailing.club/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lakeside Sailing Club - Pakenham</a> organises a dedicated and <a href="https://www.lakesidesailing.club/calendar/discover-sailing" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Free Discover Sailing Day</a> for all members of the community. On this day, you&#x27;ll have the option to:<ul><li>go out for a short sail with an experienced sailor,</li></ul><ul><li>discover the fun and excitement of our sport,</li></ul><ul><li>or just meet-n-greet our club members.</li></ul>There is something for the whole family; adults, seniors and even kids as young as six years old can sail, when accompanied by a parent or guardian. People of all abilities are welcome as our club offers accessible facilities for people with a disability (Access boats &amp; hoist).Our Discover Sailing Day is free to attend and all boats &amp; safety equipment is provided by the club. When registered for the day, Australian Sailing even covers insurance*.We&#x27;re looking forward showing you just how fun, safe, accessible, and affordable sailing is.
