❁ Creator of Gathering the Sacred, Micheline (Mish) is a passionate soul who lives a conscious life, finding joy and love in connecting with others and the natural world around. She is commited to expanding her own awareness through a daily self practice including embodiment practices, dance, meditation, mindful movement, breathwork and creative expression.❁Mish is an 'Embodied Soul Guide' with The Soul Medicine Academy and works primarily with embodiment and weaving in the soul to support people through deep shifts in the physical body and soul guided transformation. She incorporates this medicine in her group workshops and in a 1:1 setting. She is currently finishing her practionership training as an 'Energy and Soul Master'.❁ Mish is a certified Circle Leader with The Wild Woman Project, running monthly New Moon circles. She creates space for women to experience a deeper connection with themselves, whilst being seen and held by the sisterhood. Working with the astrological archetypes and energies she has shared ceremony, ritual, conscious connections and creativity with groups of women in her circles every month.❁ Mish has a passion for Nature and a desire to inspire others to live more sustainebly and connected to Mother Earth. She has explored the elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether) through dance and embodiment practices, she hopes to share her wisdom with others.

A Journey into Embodiment is a half day retreat where you will learn the art of Embodiment.

I would love to invite you to something that is my absolute passion and heart legacy to be sharing. A Journey into Embodiment is a half day retreat where you will learn the art of Embodiment. We will be exploring practices, teachings and tools of Embodiment. Through a guided journey we will be breaking down the pillars of embodiment and exploring them separately- breath, sound and movement, we will be activating our senses and melting into presence and to finish- bring them all together to truly experience what it is to be Embodied. This is going to be a sacred journey into the body and will include:&gt;Meditation&gt;Enlivening the senses&gt;Singing/ playing with Sound&gt;Gentle movement&gt;Dance&gt;Breathing practices&gt;Somatic meditations&gt;Sacred ceremony&gt;Light refreshments will be provided in a break.&gt;Group sharing, and so much more! I will be holding a deeply nurturing and safe space with love at the core of the journey.If you have been curious about what Embodiment is, how to become more embodied or if you just want to melt into the safety and love of community to explore the magic of what living through the body is, then I would love to weave magic with you!It’s going to be a deeply nourishing and connective experience filled with practices that you can invite into your life. Embodiment supports you to move through life in a different rhythm, where you are alive to sensation and able to move freely with whatever is alive in you, everything can be enhanced in the most powerful of ways when we have these tools.&gt;You will be taken through a relaxing sensory experience&gt;You will learn practices to enhance your somatic awareness and communication with your body&gt;You will fully activate your voice with the group&gt;You will get intimate with the way your body likes to move&gt;You will learn how to work with your own energy with the breath as a tool&gt;You will awaken your own rhythm of pleasure&gt;You will experience what it is like to be embodiedEXTRA INFORMATION&gt; Please come dressed in something comfortable and warm. There will be a mix of sitting down and movement breaks so it is important that you feel comfortable in what you’re wearing. &gt; Please bring water, a journal. Bolsters are provided but you are welcome to bring an extra pillow and/ or a throw for comfort if you like.&gt; This workshop is for all people. It has become part of who she is, which flows into the way she teaches/ guides people, coming from a deeply experienced place. Her journey with this modality started years ago and has developed with a deep devotion to learning through many trainings, workshops and retreats across many modalities (Tantra, Energy work, Somatics, Nervous System/ Trauma informed practices, Dance, Non-Linear Movement, Song, Yoga, Breathwork etc.). She weaves together her own flavor of what it is to explore Embodiment in a safe and sacred way. Mish is an experienced facilitator that holds space for the individual to have their own experience of the content. Mish works as an Embodiment Coach and as an Energy and Soul Practitioner as well as a workshop/ retreat facilitator. Mish is trauma informed and facilitates a safe space. A lot of the practices offered are supportive for the Nervous System.
