World Menopause Day Event - Would you know how to have the conversation at work?

In Australia, 6.4 million women are aged 40+ and beyond all of which are in the age category to be leading into, going through or have been through Menopause. 

This is 24% of the Australian population who may look to you for additional support as they start to experience the changes of Peri Menopause/Menopause. 

With 1 in 10 women cited to have left the workforce as a result of Menopause symptoms, it is critical that employees improve their understanding of Menopause and the impact it has on individuals at work. 

Join us for a Free Lunch n Learn session where we will talk through Menopause, why we need to address it in the workplace and how to build your confidence to have the conversation about it. 

The session will involve time for Q&amp;A to address any specific questions.
