As part of BPD Awareness Week, join us for an online introduction of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

PsychMed would like to invite those with Borderline Personality Disorder and their carers to experience what an initial Dialectical Behaviour Therapy session looks like. Meet our clinicians and ask questions about our DBT program. DBT can assist people experiencing difficulties with emotional regulation or impulse control, whether they have traits or a diagnosis of BPD, bipolar affective disorder, ADHD, anger management issues, depression, or trauma.This webinar will give insights for carers, families or significant others and the wider community into managing BPD, and how those with BPD can explore new ways to help manage their care.
