To celebrate the release of JESA's debut EP she bring you the: Fire In The Sky Tour featuring artists Sartika, Gailla & Special Guests. These aim to soothing & grooving evening with an array of shows from Full Band to Solo in intimate & cozy venues.

E﻿VENT DETAILS:Alternative folk/soul singer/songwriter JESA performs &amp; RnB Queen Sartika storm the stage with their fierce feminine energy sharing songs &amp; stories that are bold, vulnerable, empowering, deep, dark and heart-warming. JESA's will be performing the entirety of her debut EP with for the first time in trio format with bass (Declan Delaney) &amp; drums (Jackson Somerville). S﻿artika is excited to share her single "Anaesthetic" which is a smooth groove with intoxicating lyrics about the dark feminine. Relocating to Brisbane as an adolescent, she honed her skills by busking at festivals and markets, later working with producers like Nerve (Mulalo, Siala) and the NO.ONE NETWORK collective. As a solo artist and a member of supergroup BBTK, she has performed at Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Yonder Festival, and countless gigs across Queensland. Online, she has earned a healthy following for her live loop covers of classic R&amp;B songs, where she flexes her additional skills as a producer and multi-instrumentalist. J﻿ESA:Balancing sweet, soulful and gritty, JESA is a self-proclaimed "artivist" hailing out the Northern Rivers rainbow region. Her term 'artivist' means her songs are written as a tool to comment on socio-political topics like climate change, mental health, feminism and sexuality. Paired with soulful vocals, punchy guitar, groovy basslines and explosive drums her bold storytelling is still the super power that shines through. Stacking up to the likes of Lisa Mitchell, Phoebe Bridgers, and Nai Palm the 'Fire In The Sky' EP is a personal collection of 5-songs compiled over more than 7 years of writing. As a listener you will move through the narration of her life dealing with depression, anxiety and heartbreak then finding growth, optimism and finally empowerment. From head-banging 90s grunge grooves, 70s soul, classic blues, sunshine folk, and psychedelia; each song acts as a time capsule from a different era of JESA.
