She needs your helping hands to bring to life a canvas of striking local 'Kambarang' / October blooms.This workshop is designed for all ages, young or old, providing a supportive and engaging session to build skills through teaching various painting and application techniques.Participants will be part of painting a large scale temporary wall structure right inside the Maarakool Creative Space!This workshop is designed for artists of all ages! Any participants under the age of 15 are to be accompanied by an adult / guardian throughout the workshop.ARTIST INFOMikaela Miller is a young Western Australian Artist -trained in both design and community development, working predominantly as a public artist, printmaker and as an arts facilitator - running workshops and coordinating community art projects.Mikaela currently works out of a studio at Goolugatup Heathcote, beside the beautiful Derbal Yerrigan (Swan River).Mikaela typically works with images of native flora. She is fascinated by the variety and distribution of species both around Australia and the world.
