Byzanfest 2022 is back on the big screen!Over the course of 10 days, enjoy our selection of fascinating feature-lengths and vibrant short-films.

Showcasing this year’s top short-films and announcing all winners of Byzanfest 2022.

Palace Westgarth Cinema

Watch the very best Orthodox-inspired short-films from around the world, including Greece, Serbia, Lebanon, Australia and Finland. You will also have the privilege to watch several exclusive previews of Orthodox features coming to screens in 2023. After the screening there will be a Q&amp;A session with the filmmakers followed by the Award Ceremony for this year’s entire collection, both shorts and features. Afterwards, join us for a drink in the cinema’s bar.ENGLISH spoken, some with subtitles.

EVENT SCHEDULEArrive 6pm to collect tickets, buy snacks and take your seats.Doors open 6:30pm to ensure films start 7pm SHARP.Tickets will NOT be for sale at the venue. You MUST pre-purchase through Eventbrite.POST-SCREENING EVENTStraight after the movie you may join us for a drink and chat in the cinema’s bar.Drinks are not included in ticket price.CLASSIFICATION All films have not been classified. Some scenes may frighten young children. Parental guidance recommended.SEATINGYour seats will be allocated when you arrive 6pm on a first-come-first-serve basis.MOBILITY ACCESSIf you or someone you care for has mobility issues, please email byzanfest@gmail.com so we can ensure appropriate seating arrangements can be reserved.
