She is also a well known TV news anchor across Australia and Asia. She was also a senior producer for the ABC’s award winning national current affairs program, Lateline and has been a contributor to One Plus One. Whitney is also an accomplished writer and contributor to ABC news online, The Drum, The Hoopla and Women’s Agenda. She has also been a reporter for ABC radio current affairs programs, AM, PM and The World Today. Whitney is the recipient of a 2009 Jefferson Fellowship from the East West Centre at the University of Hawaii and a 2008 Asia Pacific Journalism Centre Fellowship.
