No drawing or journaling experience necessary! Journal and pencils provided.It&#x27;s time to slow down and find CALM with us and experience the therapeutic benefits of nature therapy and nature journaling. This is not an art class - this is a time to notice, observe and reflect.Lisa Murphy is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session.A list of essential and suggested comfort items and location/meet spot information will be emailed to attendees 48 hours prior to the event subject to the weather forecast.Minimal fitness is required to join us. We consider this event to be accessible for those on wheels.We suggest anyone under 18 attend with an adult and this event is recommended for those aged 15 and above.Please stay home if unwell or if requested by SA Health.
