Join us for a morning walk and earthy yoga session the Adelaide Parklands - part of Wellfest Adelaide!F﻿ind calm, relaxation and connection in the National Park city of Adelaide.Meet spot for this event is the Friends Gate of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens gate located on Plane Tree Drive.W﻿alking distance is approx 2km on the Adelaide Parklands Trail and includes a 60 minute yoga session in a park.Please bring:Y﻿oga MatL﻿oose comfortable yoga clothingWorn in comfortable walking shoes T﻿owel/small cushion if sitting on the ground is not comfortableSmall backpack/bag to carry loose itemsFilled water bottles (2+ litres)Any personal medications/blister kitWet weather gear/sun protection (as per the forecast - we will remind you 48 hours before of the expected weather)Snacks If the weather forecast is for extreme weather or a total fire ban is issued, this walk will be cancelled the day before or on the day by text message.Your Leader for this walk is Lisa M and Yogi Lisa B.  Please stay home if unwell or if requested by SA Health.For any enquiries or questions, phone Lisa on 08 7006 5620 / 0418 802 361
