Twilight Hikes night walks

From October to March, join Big Heart Adventures for a Twilight Hike in the hills surrounding Adelaide.
Our walks are all about nature connection, fun, health and friendship. If we can't walk and talk at the same time, we are walking too fast!

Join us for a twilight walk and meditation in the Adelaide Parklands - part of Wellfest Adelaide!Come after work and f﻿ind calm, relaxation and connection in the National Park city of Adelaide.Meet spot for this event is the Botanic Gardens gate located opposite the Botanic Hotel on North Terrace.W﻿alking distance is approx 4km and includes times for standing or sitting during the meditation.Please bring:Worn in comfortable walking shoes T﻿owel/cushion if sitting on the ground is not comfortableSmall backpack/bag to carry loose itemsFilled water bottles (2+ litres)Any personal medications/blister kitWet weather gear/sun protection (as per the forecast - we will remind you 48 hours before of the expected weather)Snacks If the weather forecast is for extreme weather or a total fire ban is issued, this walk will be cancelled the day before or on the day by text message.Your Leader for this walk is Kylie from Rebel Heart Journeys and Big Heart Adventures.  Please stay home if unwell or if requested by SA Health.For any enquiries or questions, phone Lisa on 08 7006 5620 / 0418 802 361
