However, these two hiring outcomes can sometimes be challenging to obtain simultaneously. In this talk, I will share some of the latest research around recruiting and selecting for diversity, and discuss the role that technology can play in helping organisations to achieve their diversity initiatives. I will also discuss how these strategies can impact the candidate experience. This session will also include a Q&amp;A opportunity and will be live streamed.

She completed her PhD in Organisational Psychology at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research focuses on how organisations can attract, recruit and select for demographically diverse and high-performing employees. Specifically, she seeks to identify how organisational diversity can be improved and managed by understanding how people&#x27;s abilities, interests, and attitudes impact how they choose jobs and organizations. Her work has been published in top-tier journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.About SIOPASIOPA is an independent association with a purpose to create growth, supervision and professional development for Organisational Psychologists and related disciplines in Australia.
