A raucous affair, often described as a Fringe Act (no... I&#x27;m not doing it in drag), you will enjoy a 4 course, platter based dinner with matched wines as you work together to make Haloumi, Camembert, Feta and Ricotta. Limited seats - includes four course dinner, wine, hands on cheesemaking and barista coffee.
